How can I check my order status?

You can check the status of your order by logging in and clicking on ‘Track Order’. Enter the AWB number to track your order.

 
How can I cancel my order?

To cancel an order, go to My Account>>Orders>>Cancel Order.

 
How do I know if my order has been confirmed?

By default, all orders will be processed. However, in case there is an issue, we will notify you. To check the status, you can visit ‘Track Order’.

 
How can I return/replace an item?

Click on ‘Return’ and fill up the form. Our team will collect the item from your location. Do keep the product tags and packaging intact. You can return/replace an item within 10 days of delivery.

 
Why do I see different prices for the same product?

Prices and taxes applicable may vary from vendor to vendor. As there are different vendors offering the same product, the same product can be available at different prices.

 
Is it necessary to have an account to shop?

Yes, it is necessary to have a registered account on the website to shop.

 
Can I order a product that is 'Out of Stock'?

No, you cannot place order for an out-of-stock product but you can request us to notify you about its availability.

 
When can I expect refund for my returned item?

The amount will be refunded in your account within 7 to 14 business days after the product has been returned.

 
What are the different modes of payment available?

You can pay via credit card, debit card, net banking. Cash on delivery(COD) coming soon.

What are the delivery charges?

Delivery is ₹20 for items that weigh less than 2 kg. For the rest, delivery charges depend on the weight of ordered product and delivery speed that is opted for.

Do you deliver internationally?

No, we do not deliver internationally as of now. But, we deliver bulk order internationally depending on the lot sizes. You can get in touch by clicking on ‘Bulk Order’.

 
How does the delivery process work?

Once you place an order, the item is dispatched and handed over to the courier. The item will be delivered via courier to your location. You will be given an ABW/Tracking number which can be used to check the status of your order.
